In charge of recruiting talent within a given scope (Consulting, Structure or Internship), the Talent Acquisition Specialist is at the heart of current and future skills in the digital domains (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data science, Infrastructure, etc.). Their interest in the digital world and their interest in the economic world ensure that they are listened to and trusted by their candidates.
Adopting a genuine coaching approach with your candidates, the Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures proactive, qualitative monitoring throughout the recruitment process. Due to the challenging environment, the Talent Acquisition Specialist develops an excellent knowledge of the issues of tools/methods/processes to ensure the recruitment plan is executed successfully. They apply an effective sourcing strategy according to the profiles sought: headhunting, advertisements, social networks, forums/shows, co-optation, etc. to feed a pool of potential candidates to be maintained and qualified.
To be effective, the Talent Acquisition Specialist needs three essential qualities: Determination, Perseverance and Patience.

After demonstrating your ability to understand Candidate expectations and fundamental Recruitment techniques, the Talent Acquisition Manager mentors young Talent Acquisition Specialists. They support them in developing their skills and achieving their objectives.
